I changed routine from 5 to 3 days a week lift weights, increased HIIT now 6x50-100m, bicycle everyday 20 km, weekends long bicycle trip (50-100 km)
Had again few random days with erection from thinking mostly during meditation
I added gotu cola and goji berry also to the herb cycle.
I found something new for meditarion,
NEBRA-SYNC cause holo sync was little too strong for my nervous system.. (I m using holosync now but not everyday)

Ok, another improvent skin is not so glow anymore (it was glow and dry mixture) almost normal so things seem to move in right direction.

Cause all neurological sides are gone, but skin was still dry and shiny (i said glossy but it was wrong word) for last two weeks skin seems to be normal i need to look realy carefuly to see that something is wrong, sexual sides are still very annoying, but previous transient improovements suggest that i' m on right track...
Also i m still weak it vary from day to day and i can't see patern, cold showers are remedy for that for sure

It s been 10 months of protocol i still think that i can follow it more meticolously

Beautyful day....all day rowing a boat, getting sun, sunning boys in the middle of lake x) now 20 km on bicycle cold shower, breathing ex. meditation and saturday night party...
Not much to report...but micro steps foroward, i asked some girl to dance last saturday and dick moved probably i coud fuck her (mayby with viagra) but i preferer wait for more improvement...11 month ago i couldn,t even think about sth like that...

Little update, overaly i'm better , some slow progres at the gym, after working all night (usually i don't have night shifts) i was driving all day and had 4 erections from thinking, i needed ~1 min thinking about sex and some girls
I don' t thing too much about pssd and life is good
Hope that in few months i ll have good news
Btw did anyone have white patches on skin and did it went away with time?
I m thinking about trying normobaric chamber cause it helped for that patches two years ago, it seems to me that they happen for me when i overexercise...i need to investigate it more

Random spontanious erections here and there.
Dick tissue close to normal.
Changes in lifestyle: wake up at 5:30 am everyday
I messed a little bit with diet but nothing major.

I messed a little bit with diet but nothing major.
This is just the start. Just keep steady and consistent and you'll be solid before you know it. Great Job!

You're making great progress. Seems like you're pretty much there already.
How strictly have you followed CD's protocol? I haven't seen you mention prohormones such as R-Andro anywhere. You've reached this far on herb boosters and a change of lifestyle?

There' s still room for improvement but I have no doubts that this is possible and am getting closer and closer.
For the first year I followed it obsessively now it is more balanced
Eg. 4 hours exercises everyday (Bocycle,gym, 1 houer meditation, I underestimated breathing exercises for first few months...it was mistake
I didn't do prohormones, I m taking 7-14 herbs + pine pollen
No fap is the weakest part :/
But it can be improved also,
I carefully watched progress other guys from swolesource and I see some similarities on my and their timeline.

I started fast and and probably it was mistake cause I have again red patches on skin....so I stoped fasing after 2 days...little sit back...:/
I m go with regular protocol....

Man it will be fine. Keep it up. If stopped and it caused a minor set back (tho it's likely just a detox reaction), it'll be fine.
I fasted many many days in general for training. And many many days water fasting since last january, just water. Mostly to recover initially, but also to fix digestion or even just to lean up. Before that too, but at that point I didn't realize how powerful it actually was (hence, I didn't stick it through, tried other non water fasts that were way too slow for me, personally speaking. They were great for others. I just mean weeks of juice feasting didn't help as much as a couple weeks + and then a month of water fasting. They're both good tho for many).

Actually it s already getting better I increased amount of meditation, cold showers (5 a day), decreased exercises a bit yesterday and today and it seems that I m ok.

Solid practice on the cold showers. Can't beat the benefits and it's free....win win. How long would you say your cold showers are? Seconds or minutes?

My Cold showers are 2-3 minutes long
I take it:
1. first when I wake up (before breathing and meditation
2. After meditation
3. If I' ve got oportunity then I take it during the day
4. After every activity (gym, bicycle, sprints)
5. Sometimes before bed

Few days ago I downloaded WIM Hoff method video course to improve it.

It s true that cold showers are really
powerful tool . When you are tired it helps, when you angry it helps, when you unfocused it helps....etc.

Overall I m doing very well but sometimes impatient about total recovery and sometimes don't think abou it at all.
Most often I thing about it when I meet some nice girl and she is interested in me.
Not to mention that it happens more and more often cause I am in shape and month after month look better.
I won' t try sex with any girl before I know that I m completely fine I would rather die then show any of them that I have got problem in bed.

Well I need to keep going :D Nothing more can t be done
BTW there is interesting topic on swole source about worries that You think You don't do enough to recover.
How You dealt with it? You haven' had support from people who recovered etc so it was probably bit more difficult and really blind trial.

You’re doing great man. Don’t be afraid of women and sex! Honestly, I think for some people just having a girl in their life and consistent sexuality could pay huge dividends for pfs.

It’s like your body now senses “oh ya I gotta use this thing now. I gotta activate my sexual system.”

Don’t let minor pfs hold you back bud. We never know how much time we have left on this planet. Every day is a gift and sex/love is a treasure we are all lucky to find.

Go meet a girl and don’t look back!
