Some things i noticed this week regarding my diet:

- Fatty foods still cause bad lower stomach and lower back pain. Causes very light color stools
- Feel tired and slow after fatty meals, want to take a nap
- Any kind of stimulant makes me nauseous and sweaty all over, very pale face/skin, headache. Especially caffeine does this (even 1 cup of coffee) completely stopped drinking it
- Feel better when i eat mostly lean protein and carbs, little fat

Visiting a doctor soon who will be taking my hairtest and i can request any bloodwork i want to get done :)

Have been eating pretty high animal protein and i feel a lot better atm. Around 200gr protein from low fat meat (fish, chicken, beef, pork) daily and i added 10 min HIIT sessions right after i wake up in the morning. They seem to give me a huge energy boost + i take a quick cold shower after them, feel very awake after that.
