-I will take the rest of the electrolyte protocol. I need to buy KCl. I want that "snapback". I do not want the results to fade and then make me wonder if it was worth the money... regardless, I did feel better and will continue, by trying other things as well.

-So I already have been using spinach and protein and himalayan pink sea salt at every meal for 2-3 weeks.
-I have all the above except KCl and my betaine HCL is not liquid. I ate dinner and will grind up some 2 betaine HCL and dissolve in water or take the pills... and just a bit of the magnesium chloride. Wait 20-30mins and then take gelatin in my iced coffee (left over from this morning).
-doses: just under 2 betaine HCL pills, and 40mg of MgCl₂. And also 2tbsp of collagen.
-this is subject to change. Extended Fasting, refeeding, ella pretty much done for now. I'll keep intermittent fasting/ calories will go up as will activity.
-Soon: ru, r-andro, and continuing electrolyte protocol but that may change. I'm just doing this all as quickly as I can so I can keep my improvements and attain more.
-If it's safe to do so and doesn't mess up digestion or cause major water retention or something worse, I will continue them with the other parts of my plan. It may need to be implemented fully after the other stuff though, as I'm not likely to wait too long to start ru nor r-andro. Time is money. If I must wait in between some of them a bit longer.. then fine I will, I highly doubt I'll go back to as bad as I was last January or last Summer when I quit or even a couple months ago.

I may not bother with the electrolytes I'm not sure. It's been ~30 days since my fast ended.
I.e. I refed like almost 30 days.
I tried some electrolytes, not all of it and I get distended belly, way worsened digestion, and I'm like 187lb now whereas I was 180lb like a couple days ago. Digestion will be bad for several days as it usually is. I will wait on recs from hair test, but I'm not sure about them. I may just go jump to r-andro and then wait the time and wait for ru. OR take nothing for the next 2 weeks in terms of intake of supplements, medicine, etc. I will add KCl but I'd be surprised if that resolved all stomach problems. I can't tell if it's magnesium, betaine, or gelatin... I think all of them don't help my stomach.
I know my stomach was very bad in the same way for like 15 days plus of my fast and also it got way better after refeeding, until I added in things. I still am improved from the fast in other ways including mentally and weight wise and all that. But, this is not fun. I think HCL doesn't help my digestion, maybe it's mag... maybe just some gelatin is okay. I really can't tell -- maybe all three mess me up. I used to use other forms of magnesium fine mostly... helped me with a medication I was on and with digestion. I may have been "unbalanced" or whatever then but I was also successful, healthy, outgoing, confident, could attract women so who really cares? I'll do whatever I need to - natural or otherwise. ANyways, I'll wait and see... waiting to "snapback".
I know I literally just wrote the opposite... that I'll stick it through, it's hard to commit to something that messes up digestion. Idk.
I'll try using smaller doses and just a couple bits of the electrolyte protocol.

Around this time last year I stopped going outside because of this drug. I didn't know what was happening to me. I had law school, sales jobs, etc in my grasp.
One phone call, an interview, and a discussion - I literally had good jobs lined up weeks before taking finasteride.
-I had lived downtown and commuted to the styx to study. I was finally able to live and work downtown (which is amazing for ADHD).
-Now I'm where I hate again, hometown only for a bit. But life and I are usually fast... days drone on here. I hate it here bc of my past and family brushes off my issues,

-One meal butter 4.30pm, olive oil (tiny bit), sea salt, spinach, snap peas, minced turkey and 0.7 chicken breast like 500 cals/35gp, 25gf, 10gcarbs or less.
-Dinner: One lamb and spinach curry dish. A bit of fish... Indian/Nepali food. 2 pieces of fish. 600cals/28gp. 80gc maybe, 50gfat... I estimate this as unhealthily as I can.
-SINCE DIGESTION IS BAD and EATING CLEAN DOESN'T HELP, and electrolytes or not... digestion is still bad--
-I ate wild rice, quinoa, yogurt a lot, some egg whites, arugula, and some triscuits at home a few hrs after dinner
-my stomach was distended and digestion bad before this. I could literally eat a whole pizza or not eat at all and I'd look thinner than before this pfs bullshit. Maybe electrolyte protocol is bad for me bc I'm a slow oxidizer or slow/mixed... I don't know.

I don't actually feel that bad, just may have jumped ahead on my list a bit, and also have some muscle pain, and a bad stomach.

If digestion is bad, can one fix it by eating very badly for one day?
-I ate triscuits, arugula, egg whites, yogurt, quinoa/wild rice... and that's a cheat day. No more.
-I ate cheese as a kid and kept yogurt... but for now none of that.
-Other times I was healthy, physically at least. the stress in my mind I dealt with alone, except for a few close friends. I looked healthy and fitter though.
I could literally drink all night/ eat an entire gluten free pizza (once every 2 weeks/ during studying), or whatever before this and not have as bad digestion. I don't know wtf is going on. I won't have any more gluten nor "near gluten" like whatever the hell quinoa is. I don't even like it, but it was in my house. I usually stick to straight white rice or brown rice and only a few times a week. My cheat day is like a little girl's normal day, diet wise. I'd fast if I wasn't looking for jobs/ working out / doing things that require calories.

-I don't get it. People eat McDonalds, smoke, and never exercise and live it up (probably not that many people with that crappy of a lifestyle, are living it up, but you know what I mean).

You got this! I've been going through a similar downswing, but weathering the rough patches is just part of the journey. You clearly have the ability and drive to beat this, plus you beat PSSD! Good times are ahead.
Also, I noticed that when I started eating healthy I unintentionally cut my daily caloric intake in half... So if you're like me and used to 2500+ calories a day, it takes A LOT of roast chicken, veggies, eggs, etc to get there. I was definitely not the type to meal prep or eat healthily before PFS either, so the growing pains are real.
I recently started supping ox bile, tudca, and MCT oil (ALWAYS start slow with MCT) in addition to the betaine (still hit or miss for me) and enzymes because my fat absorption is such shit right now, and my fat soluble vitamin levels are hurting. Just been a few days, but already having more sustained energy/less indigestion with these in the mix.
Mon Mar 12:
-Supps: Mag Citrate, 2 shots of weak espresso (Nescafe), and some dandelion tea. -Haircut barber.
-1-R-andro taken separately from that. 1 more late for 200mg.
-300mg just for today as it's rest day, see if it helps strength gains or whateverz.
-diet: 1 vegan protein shake + inulin. 1 whey+spinach+0.5banana shake, some sea salt butter 4pm. Dinner - whatever.
-some butter, a piece of garlic cuz I got stressed. Stress-eating. Didn't help - hurts my stomach.
-3. some veg broth, added cilantro, garlic, and some spinach. 4. Italian Meatball Soup - meatballs, spinach, cilantro, garlic, ginger, veg broth.
5. More of that, 6. A beef patty, arugula, some other salad, some small potatoes, and one piece of chicken. 2450 cals max 130-140gp/75gc, the rest fat... or I'm way off on cals, I doubt it. Fat lots, carbs not much. 250g beef burger + 15-20 meatballs (frozen), that's like 900 cals max, lots of fat gone, shakes 600, olive oil butter 300... so 1900-
-Alternate Day Fast 3-4 days a week 500 cals or less, this way I can get lean and stronger, recomp with R-andro (ideally... this may not happen). Just spinach and whey and almond milk those days.
-added some juice so it's like 2450cals or 2500. So 500-1000 cals or so tmro. Ideally 700.
--exercise: Walked 30mins in the frozen wasteland done @2.45pm.
-Weight 190lb. WTF. I look leaner than i did before I started working out again in 2016, but worse than my gains... and better I guess than on finasteride and after.
-I purchased (online) 2 4-Andro's (kept it under $100 USD), some MSM, some Milk Thistle, and some KCl I forgot about.

-Tues, Thurs, Sat - "Fasting days" (they're all mostly intermittent fasting days, but I don't always adhere to that if I workout in the morning, I have some pre-workout carbs).
-Mon, Weds, Fri - normal days (eating a bit above or at maintenance -- below regular maintenance, but I am just starting again, and with this whole fiasco, metab is down).
Increase metabolism eventually, digestion improves, and so electrolytes, whatever imbalances should be better. My net "normal" is pretty unbalanced anyways...
Some people live in chaos... it's all they know.
Why I'm Trying Alternate Day Fasting:
-This way I cut bodyfat and maintain and even gain some LBM with R-andro and 4Andro later. This may not last long... I may have to up calories a lot...
-but digestion was good relatively today, I think things will even out, and I'll just go bulk a bit later (not really a major bulk, but 300-500 above maintenance) for a bit.
-I'll see how this goes. I can maintain LBM without working out at times, when I have a good base, but gain fat easily. Or stay skinny relatively easy at other times (but I move a lot typically --- like walking 40 miles a week). Not so much now, bc there's nothing to see. There's barely anything to see in TO with 5mn ppl either. But I could walk there at least a lot.
-300mg r-andro, bc its a rest day... and I'm working out more tomorrow and eating more, and need to be less stiff, so I'll take only 200mg then.
Tues, Mar. 13th 2018:
-spinach, vegan protein, and some iced coffee, some almond milk, 0.6bananas. -280cals, 25gp, 34gc, 3gfat. Preworkout. Morning.
-workout once at home just cardio and bosu ball and swiss ball a bit, once at night - at gym.
-5pm -- 2 chicken drumsticks and 7 small mini potato pieces--- actually pre workout for 6-7pm. And 1 more r-andro.
-workout - it was ok. Look a bit stronger, but its pretty hard and I fell off the Bosu ball earlier in the day.
-7.45pm whey protein, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter shake 480cals/38gp, fat carbs later.
-oh I forgot... today's a low calorie day. Save burgers and such for tomorrow. Cutting bodyfat percentage with immunity.
-I did this like everything backwards, yesterday should have been low calorie. I'll workout tomorrow again and keep weds fri sun -at maintenance or a bit more.
-9.45pm + : 92cals/22gp/6gcarbs. Blended iced coffee, with 4 tbsp gelatin, and a splash of almond milk. = ~970cals 100gp, 68g carbs, 32gfat or so. This is rest day cals today.
= macronutrient *cals = 400cals + 280cals + 218 cals = 898cals... close enough. Add some give or take carbs, I added so 898cals max.
-I know ADF sounds crazy, and my strength coaches were like "WTF!? Why?"... but later they incorporated IF and maybe even ADF on their own (for way better gains than me, but they do that for a living).
-Super easy on stimulants... and I will do it later, not yet. I'll be a good boy. Actually it's still kind of hard then, but easier.
-exercise: shoulder shrugs, shoulder press, chest press, decline bench press, pulldowns, seated rows, leg press, some other stuff. - sort of a bastardized workout split.
Weds, Mar 14th 2018:
-1 extra lean beef patty, arugula, salt, garlic, hot sauce, some vegan gluten free chips, olive oil. 750cals/35gp, 40g fat, 30gc. Early. 2am...
-I'm like 185.6lb or less now and leaner looking, better digestion.
-Mag citrate, 1 iced coffee and gelatin 20gp, 50cals max --12.25pm.
-Some vegan/spinach protein shake with left over coffee. -210cals/ gp, gc, gf.
-Supps: 5 vegan chips with my MSM 450mg + H. Acid + 1 milk thistle 450mg 30:1 standardized --4.30pm.
-nite: + 1200 cals - smoked salmon, and rice, and arugula like 300g salmon. Olive oil, etc.
-1.5 chicken drumstrickes, olive oil, arugula. -- LIKE: 130gp, 120gc, 90gfat at 9.30pm. Ate a lot.
130* 4 + 120*4 (if that) + 90*9 = 1810 cals. Probably a bit less, bc I had 2 moderate servings of rice only, and some small potato servings.
1900-2300cals. Carbs were inaccurate and probably lower. Although I did snack at 2am. 1800-2000 cals. Wtf I ate and ate and ate.
Probably just feels like I ate a lot more because my stomach hurts/ digestion. 2450 cals at the end I ate some yogurt, carbs, and drank some soda.
--Push ups and bodyweight squats - bosu ball. -3pm done.
-Might walk or do some intervals on the elliptical later.
Thurs, Mar 15th 2018:
4.30am 0.7beef burger, some yogurt, olive oil. = 600cals.
-4.30pm Spinach, arugula, olive oil, sea salt, ginger, garlic, butter, tiny amt rice, and 1/2 package of smoked salmon. 35gfat,30gcarbs, 22gp.=523cals
-Workout 8 or so. -10pm Egg whites, spinach, whey 40gp, coconut water, water, butter - some sort of green/protein shake. A few meatballs beef.
-1420-1520 cals or so... 90gp, x carbs, x fat. + 0.8n cups of breuss juice, 1 more R-andro = 300mg total. 18gc.
-weight: 188.8b. Whatever son, it's digestion. besides that I feel pretty good - getting stronger eventually. Like I worked out.
-Final meal: vegan chips, rice, sea salt, butter, olive oil, some rice, 8 meatballs, kale+egg whites + some lac free cheese, hot sauce.
-600 cals/40gp, and 40gfat, 30g carbs or so. = net 2120 cals 140gp, and 90gcarbs, 100gfat. -- the calorie number is accurate. =1880 or so...
-yogurt 130c 6gfat 11g carbs 7gp x 1.5 = 200c 9gf 17gcars 11gp + olive oil + salt = 320cals, 20gfat, 17gc 11 gp = net 2440cals 151gp, 107gc 120gf.
-IF hungry, eat some peanut butter -- and tmro a cutting day. 3.10am -- pb and some rice and olive oil 320 cals, so 2760cals total 153gp, 130gc, 138gf.
-PB was a bad choice makes me feel bad digestion wise.
-Try doing similar to what I did at KX*. Extension, single leg lunges/ whatever it is..., then cycles of back - 3 exercises, some arm/shoulder rehab.
-Try and remember wtf I did.
-Mostly upperbody, some legs. Some cardio 10mins to warm up. Leg press, dips, seated rows, lat pulldowns, shoulder shrugs, chest press.
-Magnesium citrate to see if it helps digestion and or calms me (doesn't do that much). A megadose.
-200mg Randro. -My 4Andro should come in soon 1-2days. My fucking ru486 probably is lost/ they'll resend Monday. Motherfuckers.
-I bought creatine, and other things - arriving in a few days.
-GYM will be better when I can do more legs and use 4-Andro (to keep estrogen up) with R-Andro.
Fri, Mar 16th 2018:
-diet: ADF - Fast day : 500-700cals mostly protein and fat, not so many carbs. 200mg R-andro.
-exercise: just a short walk. Stomach messed up... feeling sick and busy with some work I need to do.
-450cals 36gp 20gc 16gf salmon, arugula, spinach, olive oil.
+ 300cals 35gp, 20gf same...
+ 400c/30gfat butter olive oil spinach arugula ginger garlic
some chips and rice and stuff -- 200cals 1400 cals 90gp, 35gc, 80gfat + almonds. 1400 cals total. 1400+2800 day before = 2100 on avg. Not bad.
-stomach rumbling a lot. Rem always take protein and fish, meat, etc with SPINACH and arugula (greens) a la CHI and G.B.'s recommendations.
-go down.. 2.38pm.
-Ate shake, ate post workout mucho burrito some pinto beans some rice not a lot, guac,ouble meat steak, and guac, zero bread. Some chips, some beef at home too.
-AND WORKOED out 2 ;eg exercises, 4-5 upper body... Pretty good;. Can't rem all rite now.
-Done worked out 12:40 to 1:30pm... and that's good.. and im good.
-Lots of anger and agitation and aggression towards pharma, and the system and fucking idiots today.
-1100-1200 cals 60gp + so far as at 2.30pm.** NIce. Good workout... good.
-So I worked out 3 x at the gym and 1 minor one at home... and some light jogging (usually just 10mins before lifting of intervals on elliptical).
-1 Randro at 9 or 10am and 1 at 12pm and 1 at 3.10pm. 300mg. Feel stronger, better, ok flexibility, but yes I need to be careful on legs and shoulders.
-SO LIke, 300-400mg Randro, 1-2 milk thistle capsules, and 2-3 betaine HCL pills after each meal (2). I took 300, 1, and 3 so far.
-Actually maybe just 3 Betaine HCL pills. I feel better and want to continue to. I kind of felt like I had a stomach disease yesterday, so lets avoid that.
-It could have been fish and eating more IDK. Digestion was better this morning, used wc twice but watery stools.
