All I know is that my health started improving after reducing copper in the diet. The more copper I was eating. The more copper deficiency symptoms I had and I really don't need HTMA. I look at my hair and know if they are low or high in copper. The less copper I had in my diet and more rest, cofactors I had. The more thick, fast growing, and very dark brown in color hair I had.. Same with body hair. Btw so you are saying tat estrogen is good? What abou gallstones? enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, cysts, endometriosis, ovarian cancer, breast cancer? Estrogen is not nice. We need some. But not a lot. Same with copper.. Btw there is a difference if it is natural process like pregnancy or if it is estrogen from pills, other substances which can mimic estrogens etc.. Anyway I just wanted point out that there is basically no such thing as copper deficiency. So if you experience some copper related symptoms pls just don't take copper supplements etc. and instead concentrate on cofactors to make copper available via good ceruloplasmin production..
