It is possible to get all of our electrolytes from whole foods? Or synthetic ones(like potassium chloride, magnesium chloride) must be used to achieve balance?

@Helen said if we keep electrolytes high, taking steroids/hormones would not be needed for muscle growth/performance/recovery because electrolytes will help constant NO release(vs synthetic hormones/steroids, which gives only a short burst of NO)? My question is, can we get enough electrolytes from whole foods, or, again, synthetic electrolyte powders must be used?

Why I can't find the electrolyte protocol link when searching the forum?

You can get all electrolytes from food, just log on your food into chronometer and track it there.

The protocol was removed here, i think its still up on hackstasis wiki tho
