I just received back my Trace Elements Hair Mineral Analysis test. the code is 6192.

A few takeaways
-I found it interesting how may of the diet recommendations were similar to what I found here down to the "don't touch Cod Liver Oil", and "eat more beef/rice".
-The Arsenic was probably related to the shampoo I use
-It seemed like while not specific minerals were low, a bunch were lower than average.

I will be discussing the results with a doctor soon.

A doctor will have zero idea how to interpret. The doctor will likely tell you that the test is a waste of time.

Probably horrible idea to discuss results with a doctor lol.

your choice.
less coldly, there's always hope. yes, choose life @cnb30.
lol i asked my adhd doc that so many times 25-27. pre bipolar diagnosis and pre pfs. also after bp. after pfs gains never asked, just said im winning fuck this. iniitally wrote him scared out of my mind, wanting to see mood disorder specialist but no one knew what to do., they're both good guys and docs but i was far away/ anyways waited 7-8months or at least 4-5 and told him, then a bit more, and said near cured. we talk, he can help me find jobs now and later after intended program on east coast. it'd be nice if they could have just cured it but ya, doesn't work like that. as you know/ takes a lot of effort. a lot of stress.
things may be fucked, you can become a pure killing machine if you want. even if you don't want to.

but yeah i need to fly and see him, in east or west coast (licensed 2 provinces, not my current one unfortunately). anyways, if i had hope, ya you have hope man.

So I’m currently doing 1 cold shower a day at 5+ minutes (faucet tuned all the way to cold). Regular lifting of about 3 times a week (4 exercises with 3 rounds and 6-12 reps a round, weights are a little small at only 20lb), no dairy, no Vitamin A (or as little as possible), and I’m on day 2 of a warm-up “fast” (will only be going 3 days). Also, took a TEI test (when people claim to do TEI, do they simply look at food suggestions, or do they also buy the specific pacs they reccomend at the end of the test too?), I’m taking vitamins K2 and CoQ10 Ubiquinol to help with Vitamin A Detox, as well as E and B6 because of TEI.

I’m still not sure why I’m not improving that much (if anything regressing since about June).

The only things I can think of causing problems are PMO (1-2x a day), I sometimes take a warm shower in the evening, it’s getting cold again, and my sleep schedule is WAY off (4am-12:30pm) due to night classes.

I was feeling better than ever from about late march (when I began no dairy/no VA) to about late June (there was some semi-traumatic stuff that happened late June that kept me stressed thinking I was going to be expelled for about a 3-week period so I think that might've triggered things). Libido seems particularly lower the past 2 months or so.

Bro. You are masturbating to porn 1-2x per day. Stop that shit. It will keep you anxious, drain vital nutrients and then you mention lowered libido. Stop PMO.

Yes that stressful 3 week period probably caused some issues but you can recover.

Im in the same boat as you cnb. Im pfs and accutane. It's difficult. In doing intermitent fasting. Following tei recs and low vit A diet. Its the dame shit because adrenal pack has 240% RDA of vit A. Im focusing in liver health and taking some MSM, lecithin, omega 3 and TUDCA while im waiting my supps.

And i want to add calcium glucarate, taurine, liv52, sylimarin. All this to flush accutane out of the body and support liver.

Hopping this helps

I don’t have anxiety issues (in fact the exact opposite actually, I would LIKE more anxiety to motivate me). I had a bit of a libido boost from like a year ago to 3-4 months ago that led me to drastically increase said behavior. The past few weeks have been better (like 0 a couple days) but still I probably need to cut that shit down to where I was 1.5-2 years ago. Also I’ve done nofap for like 30 days (2 years ago) but it didn’t seem to make too much of a difference. I’ve done about 2 weeks in a row both Septembers since though.

Also I’m glad to know that some of the issues are probably due to the 3 week period which can be dealt with.

When did you take Accutane? When did you take fin? What Brands? How are you doing now.

Also, thanks for warning me about the adrenal pack.

No problem bud

I took fin(propecia) 3 years.started in 2013(17 years) . stop in 2016. And in 2018 i took acc, 6 months.last two months about 80 mg.

Im still taking the adrenal pack. I saw in some forum that vitamin A is still good for post accutane because this decrease the levels.

I’ve heard the exact opposite about Vitamin A. That there is way too much in our systems.

Can you tell me how your regimen is going? November and Winter have been off to a rough start.
