    Walker TEI Hair Test

Got my bloodwork back from my latest thrilling VA visit - nothing out of the ordinary except above range testosterone and higher free testosterone (woohoo), high LDL cholesterol, and high TSH (5.10 on a range to 4.5). Would TEI be causing this inflated value for thyroid or is this something...

Do you consume caffeine? How does it affect you?

I've always drank coffee, had mostly positive reactions to it. I quit it for like three or four weeks when I first got PFS a few years back, but jumped on a few months later and drank it all through that journey, and still now. I only have two 8oz cups a day though. Less is more. Per blood...

    Distilled water

I've drank only spring water for years now. The taste difference is negligible, so I prefer spring. It's technically, more "natural" in my opinion.

    To orgasm or not?

I've never once read about flatlining never ending. Ever. This post would be better suited for Propecia Help. Where the answer isn't that you can help yourself get over this, but you cannot - and you're fucked forever.

Interesting protocol for restoring glutathione and functional vitamin B2. ( CFS)

I wish more people would pick a path and stick to it for a year or two. Too many people jump around to the next best thing every time it is posted, then complain about homeopathy doesn't work. Homeopathy is entirely time dependent - and jumping around just extends your time in something. I'm all...

Just click ignore on supernature’s profile. Best decision I have made in quite some time. Bliss. I had forgotten he existed until you posted those screenshots.

I literally never, laugh out loud - I just spit my drink all over my desk at work reading this post. Bravo man, bravo.

    Akisun's log

Obviously, keep an eye on it - but skinny or thin people fast too. It shouldn't be a problem. On your second questions, I would do a refeed protocol, then switch to carnivore if you're going that path. Someone like @MCurtone would be better to tell you if jumping directly in to carnivore is the...

Congrats on the progress my friend, well deserved.

    Akisun's log

I would do the following: 1.) Water fast, two weeks or longer if you can. No more than three, IMO. This will cleanse the body well since you've been using synthetic hormones for a long period of time. 2.) Proper refeed - get on a solid diet for three or four weeks. Carnivore, slow oxi diet...

    Manu's Log

Just my .02, but you might be a good candidate for the newer B12/Moly/Iodine/Selenium protocol that @Helen posted and @bruschi11 and others are running. You have very low selenium and moly. Would be better if you knew your B12 and Iodine numbers as well.

Interesting protocol for restoring glutathione and functional vitamin B2. ( CFS)

I wasn't spoken to you last time (even though I tried to reason with you in four or five posts) because you're as irrelevant to me as yesterday's shit - and you're not baiting me into trash internet exchange. The only reason I jumped in here is because I'm not gonna see good people like...

Interesting protocol for restoring glutathione and functional vitamin B2. ( CFS)

Good to see another thread being destroyed by our local Aristotle. I'll never forget the nearly two pages of discussion on my thread asking a question about essential amino acids regarding my use of the words "natural supplement". An old adage remains solid here - the credit belongs to the man...

Brain / CNS Damage From Benzodiazepines and Antidepressants : HELP NEEDED

I have no idea. I would think probably so. I just liked the ability to test and see things with the HTMA and personalized diet advice. Diet isn’t a one size fits all thing. And cycles of what? TEI? I’m on my 5th if so.

Brain / CNS Damage From Benzodiazepines and Antidepressants : HELP NEEDED

It’s been far and away the best thing I’ve ever done for my PTSD. I’ve been on for a little over a year now.

    Jarrow Bile Acid Factors

It’s a little more formulated I believe, plus I trust Jarrow’s quality way more than the random Amazon brands.

Saw Palmetto sufferer Log *Hair Test included

Yes, I took TocoCaps which was a Vitamin E supplement. I also took R Andro and Pine Pollen all through it which is anti-E. I would take the Vit E in TEI, if I were you @Olski69. Sometimes the best way to getting better is to feel worse for a bit. Sounds insane, but was my personal experience.

    Best Electrolyte Supplement So Far

Same, and like @Boris I always partake in fruit post workout or in the evening on a day I don't workout.

    Best Electrolyte Supplement So Far

Yeah, I know how you feel with the daytime irritation. I had that bad when I did carb backloading on CD's protocol. I feel much better on the TEI diet, with about 20g of carbs with veggies at lunch. Seems to eliminate that without going too heavy on carbs.
